2021 Grenache Shiraz

A blend of 67% Grenache sourced from a single vineyard over 100 years old from Cockatoo Valley with 33% Shiraz sourced from Gomersal.

Aged in new and seasoned oak barrels, this wine displays a red-brick colour with aromatics of black cherry, blueberry and rose petal, which follows through to the palate with fine ripe tannins and cinnamon oak.
