Two Barossa Valley sub-regions has given this wine attractive fruit complexity. Shiraz came from the warmer Gomersal subregion, while the Grenache was handpicked from the cooler Cockatoo Valley.
Both varieties spent time separately in older oak barrels before final blending. The finished wine has wonderful aromas of fruit with fresh plum, red rose and cherry, finishing with generous flavours and soft tannins. Drink now or over the next 5-7 years.
