2019 Shiraz

This Shiraz was harvested from the gentle slopes of the Gomersal sub-region of the Barossa Valley with an altitude of 230 metres ensuring ideal cool nights during ripening.

12 months in oak barrels has added texture and softened the Shiraz tannins. The finished wine is typical Barossa with deep colour, ripe plum/blackberry aromas and rich flavours, toasty oak and chewy soft tannins. Drink now with food, or age over the next 10 years.
