The 2016 vintage was a top year for the Barossa, and this Shiraz was harvested from the cooler Ebenezer sub-region of the northern Barossa Valley, having an altitude over 300 metres above sea level.
Matured in French and American oak barrels for over 12 months, this ‘bottle aged’ Shiraz has a brick red colour with complex aged aromas and flavours of blackberry, cedar and truffles, finishing with textured tannins and great persistence.
